Under the guidance of two experienced instructors, you will learn the proper technique of the swing – a dynamic exercise that challenges the glutes and the egos of those who underestimate it – and we will break down the TGU step by step, a movement where the body cooperates instead of sabotaging itself.
We won't burden you with esotericism, but with physics. You'll learn how to drive energy from your hips into the kettlebell (in the noblest sense), how to engage your core before your lumbar spine speaks up, and how to get from lying down to standing in seven steps, with weight overhead and the balance to match.
The goal is to master safe execution, understand movement principles, and take home not only sore hamstrings, but also the feeling that gravity is defeatable – at least for a while.
