Who we are (and aren't)

We're not a wellness center. You won't find a sauna, pool, or towel service here. You won't be staring at TVs during cardio, and we don't force you to attend yoga, pilates, or other trendy core classes. And you definitely won't have ads from commercial radio blasting in your ears.

We're a gym for people who want to train seriously. We operate with minimal rules and restrictions – we rely more on common sense and respect. We want you to feel comfortable here and be able to train the way that works for you.

Music? It will motivate you, not distract you – we play it through professional audio equipment. And since we've switched to a self-service system with QR entry, you can even play your own music – exactly what gets you pumped for performance.

Be Strong Brno. No unnecessary frills. Just you, iron, and serious training.

Kettlebell Workshop - Swing & TGU

We invite you to an introductory workshop dedicated to two fundamental pillars of kettlebell training – the swing and the Turkish get-up (TGU). Come and discover that the swinging motion can be more...

than just part of a love scene, and that getting up from the floor with a kettlebell above your head is not just a matter of muscles, but also of the brain.

Under the guidance of two experienced instructors, you will learn the proper technique of the swing – a dynamic exercise that challenges the glutes and the egos of those who underestimate it – and we will break down the TGU step by step, a movement where the body cooperates instead of sabotaging itself.

We won't burden you with esotericism, but with physics. You'll learn how to drive energy from your hips into the kettlebell (in the noblest sense), how to engage your core before your lumbar spine speaks up, and how to get from lying down to standing in seven steps, with weight overhead and the balance to match.

The goal is to master safe execution, understand movement principles, and take home not only sore hamstrings, but also the feeling that gravity is defeatable – at least for a while.

members who still want to use credits to contact us, and we will restore your expired credit in full.

The new credit system conditions are as follows:
- credits up to 500 CZK — valid for 90 days
- credits over 500 CZK — valid for 1 year

A month before credit expiration, you will receive a notification with the option to extend your credit by adding new funds.

During training sessions, he will convince you of the advantages of basic exercises with a barbell and tell you about the beauty of minimalist strength programs. He's passionate about proper and safe exercise execution. As a former programmer, he enjoys programming—now in strength training theory. He now focuses mainly on advanced trainees. Head coach at Be Strong Coaching and head of the Be Strong Powerlifting Team.

Katka currently takes care of gym operations—making sure there’s enough food and drinks, proteins and pre‑workouts, that you have equipment to train on, places to shower and use the restroom, and that the gym has a great atmosphere.
